Tom Decker is an environmental and mechanical engineer providing technical research support to Factor[e]’s portfolio and internal projects. He has specialized in renewable energy technology through five years of experiential and consultant experience in hydropower, biogas and solar panel systems.
Tom holds a B.S. in Environmental Resources Engineering from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. He was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow and is an active member of the Engineers Without Borders – USA Energy Standing Content Committee.
