What We Will Provide

We understand that most “entrepreneurship” opportunities require a big sacrifice in cash compensation in exchange for equity, precluding many potential mid-career entrepreneurs and venture builders (and parents) from the opportunity to transition into building high impact ventures from the ground up. We also know that many great leaders like to build new things in a team-based environment with mentors, peers and back office support. The Factor[e] Venture Studio provides the following:

  • – Base compensation and performance based incentives such as equity and participation in ESOPs
  • – Solid benefits such as comprehensive medical insurance for you and your family and matching pension contributions to help you save for retirement
  • – Professional development budget and other benefits designed to support entrepreneurs and leaders to thrive and grow as they build their venture
  • – An office to work from and back office support so you can focus on what is most important
  • – Prototyping support from industrial design to 3D printing to test products with customers
  • – Experienced leaders & entrepreneurs as mentors, peers and collaborators as you build ventures
